You own the code, the design, the domain, and your data.
Most studios make their margin by binding clients to proprietary stacks, opaque hosting and "release fees". We don't believe in any of that. The handover document below is part of your contract on day one — not a favour at the end.
Design files
Figma files are transferred with full edit access. You can hand them to any other studio without asking us first.
Domain & DNS
Domains live in your registrar account. We never hold DNS hostage to keep retainer revenue.
Hosting
We deploy to Vercel under your team. Billing is in your name. Cancel any time without losing the deployment history.
Analytics & data
Google Analytics, Plausible, Vercel Analytics — every analytics property is created in your account. Your data, exportable any time.
CMS & content
Content lives in MDX or your chosen CMS — never inside a tool only we can edit.
If you ever leave
We help you migrate. No fee. No hostility. No NDA gymnastics.
We'll spend up to two hours with your incoming team running them through the codebase, the deployment, and the data layer. We're the studio that makes itself replaceable on purpose.
